| IF you have a fitday account you're better off putting the ingredients in and figuring it out for the pizza you made. Differences in cream cheese brands and the types of toppings/sauce you used, give that recipe very individual carb count.

| I agree with the Fitday suggestion. Everyone seems to make this a little differently. When I make it, instead of the 13X9 pan, I use three 9 inch pie plates for my "crust", use one and freeze two of them. The crust is also good to be used as a basis for an Atkins style "tostada". It isn't crunchy, but it has good flavor if you like Mexican food. I layer some beef or chicken spiced with some hot sauce or chili powder, some cheese, roasted and diced veggies (peppers, tomatoes) and top it with some lettuce and sour cream.
