Organic Vegetables

I was wondering if there is any difference in the carb count in reg. veggies vs. organic?

I went to the store lastnight and bought 2 organic zuccini's and made noodles out of them. I got the idea from Linda's low carb site.

nope. There might be a difference in the amount of nutrients, like vitamins and minerals, but even that is questionable.

The major difference between organic and non-organic is the growing procedure. Organic produce cannot have be grown with certain fertilizers and pesticides.
