| Sautee in garlic butter, herbs (I use dill) and lemon. Don't use a lot of butter as you want them to brown slightly. Delish. Salt lightly before serving if desired. |

| Wrapped in bacon and cooked on a screaming hot grill pan or broiled. little horseradish served on the side sauteed in garlic and butter with olive oil (like shrimp scampi)

| I stir fry sea scallops in a small amount of olive oil and butter and remove them from the pan when they are almost done. Then I add veggies (asparagus, red peppers, broccoli, pea pods or whatever you prefer) and add a small amount of minced ginger root and some red hot pepper flakes and stir fry until almost tender. I re-add the scallops, add a teaspoon of butter. Stir again until scallops are completely done. It is very tasty and you can design your own induction friendly spices to please your own palette.
