My lunch!!!

I just had to share what I had for lunch.

I took a plum tomato and cut it in half and put some salt/pepper/garlic powder on it and then also put some sharp cheddar on top and then through it in our toaster over here at work and baked it for about 5 minutes, this was yummy!!! I also had a bacon cheddar burger thanks to my local grocery store that has a buffet. This was one of my better lunchs that I have had in along while.

Yum! An open face cheese sandwich without the bread. I was wondering how it would come out- now I'll have to try it. I liked the original with those spices as well as oregano. Thanks for letting us know how it turned out
