Muscle Spasms

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows about this.

Lately (about the last 4 weeks) i have had a spasm above my right ear (the temple area) and often have other spasms through out the body (i.e leg, buttock, arm) - They are just little twitches etc.

Just wondering if it is something to do with this WOE. Maybe more magnesium, or maybe it is nothing to do with Atkins at all??

Or has anyone else had these??

Tlak with your doc. a blood test will tell you if they are caused by depleted minerals or not.

For the last two months or so I've been having really bad eye lid twitching... (sounds weird I know! lol).... And leg spasms....

About two weeks ago I cut out the diet coke... And my spasms went away!

Four days ago I had a diet coke and my eyelid started twitching again... I had one last night and the same thing. Don't know if you have diet products at all but maybe that could be the cause?

Anyone know how diet coke could cause this?

OMG that is too weird ~ i used to be heavy into diet coke and my eyelids would twitch a lot, and in my legs, right above my knee! It hasn't happened in a few weeks, since i gave up diet coke again. I think you are onto something there!!! Weird...

Well, i have to say it too - DIET COKE!!
I too have started sipping on the devils brew.

Um... maybe should leave that off the menu for a while???

Artifical sweetners heh???

I think for some of us, Diet Coke is just evil, pure and simple. I wonder what it is that affects some of us, physiologically speaking, and not others.
