| I dont recall seeing that recipe anywhere, but I use my microwaved flax bread recipe to make pizza bases. Mix 2 eggs, one ounce of melted butter, 4 heaped Tablespoons of flax/linseed, one teaspoon baking powder and 4 tablespoons of cold water and pour into a round flat microwave dish and nuke for 3/4 minutes. Then turn out of the dish onto a baking/pizza tray so the baked top is on the bottom and add your pizza toppings and bake/grill till the toppings are all melted and crispy.

| Thanks for that! I'm gonna try it. Family is trying to tempt me with Pizza. MEAN MEAN Family! Funny thing is that my husband ate 5 (FIVE!) of my flax muffins I made today. I think the revenge on him is going to be quite hilarious! Kacey
