| While measuring with a tape measure won't give specific percentages, the results are similar. A scale sometimes doesn't reflect weight loss, but the measurement will show a different story. Bottom line is that the numbers sometimes don't tell the entire story. Our bodies are transforming, though.

| woo hoo for you. remember folk the scales only know you had a change in total mass lwhen the pounds change not what kind or if you added muscle and fliud mass while shedding fat mass as you worked your Atkins to morph your body. happy low carbing

| Thats very informative. I'm going to a women's day retreat tomorrow. They are doing a whole day on women's health issues. (breast, pap, and counseling) (Blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI) (bra fitting, hemoglobin, color analysis). I'm excited to see the results.
