I am still new to this, so i dont feel that i can give you any advice about why you aren't loosing as quickly, but i do know that muscle weighs more than fat.... so keep that in mind. | thanks for your reply triplel! you might be right about the exercise. But slowly and surely my weight is comming of. i weighed myself this morning and im glad to say another pound bites the dust! im really happy!

| welcome back make friends with your tape measure as you morph your body shedding fat mass and adding lean body mass. When the sclaes say no mass chage the tape measure will show you the inches of fat you have shed. happy low carbing
