| one word fiber well actually 2 soluble fiber. that will absorb some of the liquid and bulk up your stools. Keep a list of the foods you are eating and see if you find a pattern of eating and stool loosenes as food intolerances can cause this too. make sure youa re having some fiber some veggie carbs some protein and some fst every time you eat so your bowels can adjust to the new foods too. bolusing a huge salad at lunch or dinner can set you off too. hgappy low carbing
