| Good luck in avoiding eating those tortillas, Quitstretching! Filling up beforehand is a good strategy, so you can truthfully say - I am not hungry!

| Elizellen, Thanks for reading and replying to my post...I did GREAT! Ate lunch at El Pollo Loco before going (chicken and dipped it in salsa). My friend's mother actually has been sick for the past few days and did not cook a lot of the items she intended to...so it was a bit easier to stay strong! I ate chicken drummettes , deli meats and veggies from the relish trays. I only stayed a short while at the 2nd party....by the time I got there, a lot of the food was gone and I was still a bit full from my pre-lunch and the food from the 1st party ...I made a point to leave before they cut the cake! Still going strong! Thanks for checking in on me!!! It was much easier than I had ever expected! |

| congratulations! I know how you feel! I had a family reunion party 3 weeks ago, and it was a little rough! I just ate what i could! Now i have a party at my house this weekend, and i am trying to plan the menu now, and all the things i usually make, i can't eat! So, seeing your post gave me a little inspiration! Keep up the good work! |
