ALRIGHT NOT ONLY AM I WORKING OUT THE KINKS, WITH THE HELP OF MY FELLOW ATKINEERS. BUT I'VE ALSO LOST A TOTAL OF 16LBS! DID YOU GUYS GET THAT? THATS 1 TEN POUND BAG OF POTATOES AND 2 THREE POUND PACKS OF BACON!! OR, OR , OR 3 FIVE POUND BAGS OF FLOUR AND ONE POUND OF BUTTER!!! OKAY OKAY I'M JUST SO EXCITED LET ME CALM DOWN. LOOK WHAT I CAN DO TO ALL YOU READERS OUT THERE, OLD AND NEW, GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU. AND ATKINS REALLY DOES WORK!!!!!

Your post cracked me up - just made me smile, which is hard to do at 5:15 a.m.!! I'm so happy for you! Congratulations and keep on keepin' on! BTW...I'll be 37 on Friday and I started about the same time you did! Is 37 the magic age where we realize the weight must come off?
