Well i'm getting my cast off on Thursday am. I'm so stinkin' excited. I then have 4 -6 weeks of a walking boot so it's a start. I'm in for 2 1/2 weeks now and going good. I started my ya know this week and i didnt have that headache i always get when i start. It's amazing how wonderful this diet is! It's truly the only WOL!!!

I know your happy. I broke my the top of my foot in January and was casted for 3 weeks. Then I wore the boot till June . I gained some weight, but not much...and it was only because I chose to ate bad things lol. I now have a cyst or tumor growing where I broke my foot. He wanted to recast me, but I said as long as I can walk and not be in pain I will not wear a boot or cast lol. I hope all goes well for ya.
