| Thanks all! The trip is tomorrow. I hope I can make it. (I'm not a great cyclist...) I've bought the cheese (for cubes), ham and salami slices, made some meatballs, have some olives. The cucumber rolled in ham sounds great. Making some cut up chicken breasts... And I don't know what else to do? Boiled eggs maybe? Need some carbs in there for the LLOONNGG bike ride. Wish me luck!
