| Any excercise is good excercise. You should just aim to do what ever you can do. Even if its walking around your block for 30 minutes. Its all good and adds up. Rich

| Thanks again everyone for replying. Weight Be gone- I have joined a exercise challenge from the forums. Such as abs and treadmill. I think this will keep me motivated. Maybe you should take a look. Join up it would be awesome! Goodluck! Everyone keeps saying scales are evil. Maybe they are right.
