First week of extended done!

Bit of a tough week, after a big drop the first week of induction (14lbs) then a small drop on week two (3lb) week three saw me stay still on the scales for days. This happens on any diet, but its also the point where most people say to **** with it, I'm not losing so why bother; I urge newbies to Atkins like me to keep going as it will move again.

Nothing all week, then 1lb yesterday and an overnight 2.5lb drop.

Total 20.5lb in just under 3wks.
