| Well, it has been two weeks and I have lost 3 lbs. 1.5 lbs. a week. I will take it. My weight loss is going to go very slow. I never get past 1.5 lbs. a week. In fact... I am LUCKY if I get 1.5 lbs. a week. Still hanging in there..... |

| 3 pounds!! Whoopeee. Keep yourself motivated, take your measurements (you're probably dropping inches even when the scales are moving slower), make your emergency plans and get involved in some of the exercise challenges. That will take your mind off the scales. Concentrate on changing your life-style to adjust to your new Way of Life. Don't be depressed - it will happen. Keep going and don't look back - don't compare yourself to anyone else's weight loss. We all lose at different speeds, it isn't a race, the only thing that matters is that we all reach the finish line. You can do it!!!
