| Nope no sugar alcohols whatsoever. The only possible thing I can think is that maybe my fat content got a little too high. I don't use fitday so I don't know the exact percentage. I think I'm going to skip my two cups of greens and eat a lean dinner just for today. Maybe that could help.

| if it went away and is back and as you say you haven't altered your foods then it could be something other then diwt related now like a virus

| Hey Jen! I have/had the same problem (it comes and goes). At first I thought it was a virus, but now I think that it's just the high fat content of my diet. I posted about it awhile back and had a few other people here say they experienced the same thing. The only thing that sounds different is that you sound like you have to stay close by to a bathroom. Mine wasn't like that, so maybe it is a virus? |

| Hey everyone, thanks for all your input. Yesterday and today I lowered my fat intake a bunch, and low and behold my digestive system has straightened out just like that! Guess I'll have to keep a tighter eye on my fat intake. Now im going to start working on finding a happy medium. Just happy the problem's solved!!!!!!

| this is day 11 for me and if it helps..the first couple days n nights i was visiting the johnson. Last night also. I think it's just adjustments as everyone is saying. |
