| Jellybee, why not posta day's menu for review in the "review my menu" thread? Include quantities and brands and condiments, where applicable. Too much meat is not good, as the body can use it to make extra carbs. Also, your feet probably swelled (plus you probably held extra water) from overdoing the exercise that day. When you overexert, you damage muscle fibers. While it's good in the long run, in can cause water retention in the muscles while they repair and strengthen.
