| They certainly seem achieveable. 3 pounds per week starting out, and 2 pounds per week after that is generally in line with what others have seen. (Check out this video though about this topic though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rov8j_6SWtU) It deals with goals and expectations over them. Keep up the great work and congrats on losing 12 pounds!

| AS Kent says, your goals look achieveable, but in reality your body will decide if it will let you achieve them! I always set other kinds of goals as I thought I might get discouraged if I did my best and didnt get a certain number of pounds lost by a certain date. So my goals initially were more about things I could control like 'cheatfree induction eating for x days/weeks etc', or 'exercising for xx minutes x days a week'.
