Scale is up

Ok...scale is creeping up....I am out of ketosis...and I have stayed on plan other than exercise due to my surgery. I have finished taking the steroids....would these meds have caused me to fall out of ketosis? I am super bummed out. I never reached the real purple on the ketosis stix but did stay in the medium level, but now nothing. I had company during my recovery and watched as they all snacked on chips, I did not eat any...yeah for me. I am getting frustrated.

The steriods will definately make you gain water weight. How long were you on them? I don't believe you gained weight from food, but water. Steriods are infamous for that. It will go away once the steriods are out of you system and that water weight is released.

Carry on eating to plan as you have been and I am sure once they are out of your system you will see a drop in weight
