| Many people experience a 'plateau' around the 3/4 week stage while their body seems to be working out what the **** is going on How are your clothes fitting now - sometimes we lose inches while the scales stay still! If you are unsure about your menus why not post in the 'review my menu' forum so people can see if they can suggest any 'stallers' but you are probably eating to plan and wont need to change anything. Are you able to start exercising now? It doesnt have to be gym work - anything that gets you moving more than you are used to doing will help Congratulations on your 9 pounds loss on your first 2 weeks - have you looked on the chart in DANDR to estABLISH YOUR LIKELY RESISTANCE TO WEIGHTLOSS (darned capslock key )How much more weight are you hoping to lose? Staying on induction for prolonged periods does not necessarily mean faster weightloss, so it might be time to move to OWL now.

| Maybe you aren't eating enough? It says never go under 1200 calories for metabolic reasons, maybe your body needs a bit more fuel. Just a thought, I am certainly noooo expert. Good luck to you. |
