| Thanks everyone for your advice. So I stopped drinking the coffee and having the sugar free jello and my cravings are gone whew!!! Thank god!!! I read a post about the 5 strips of bacon being a lot??? I don't think that's a lot and on atkins it is ok. I only eat bacon 2 to three days a week anyway. I like the egg whites better than the whole eggs because of taste not because i'm trying to cut the fat. I try to get the fat from the mayo in my tuna or the skin with my chicken and the bacon has a lot of fat too. I've also been drinking my water at 3 liters a day. thanks guys |
