hugs to everyone for being supportive and right about what I was enduring...I am down 5 pounds from after the worry session I had recently....the post of TOM and the pork rinds and soda and not losing...I actually gained a pound!!... yada yada yada....I cut out soda...still have coffee but with heavy cream and no rinds...also backed off cheese...was just for a day and TA-DAHHHHHHHHH 
those pounds were G-O-N-E...
