| Don't beat yourself up over it. Get right back into the program. Use this 'experience' to educate yourself. Ask yourself WHY it happened. What were you feeling? What were you thinking? Did you ask yourself what the consequences would be? What could/can you do to keep it from happening again?? Write out what you will do next time you get the same urge. Learn from it and Prepare for everyday. If you face the day with a thought out plan - you'll stay focused and not let be tempted. Maybe a food journal would be helpful. It helps me. I write down everything I eat in a journal. That makes me more accountable for my actions and focused.
