| Alright muffy. Take a deep breath. Be warned though. I'm gonna hug you before I kick ya in the butt. ![]() If you ate 1 cup of sliced watermelon, you ate about 11 grams of carb. Not a great choice, but all in all, it's not horrible either. Take a deep breath! ![]() However.... If you were food shopping you had a million choices available to you. It would have been just as easy to swing by the deli and pick up some sliced meats and cheeses or through the produce department and pick up some sliced/prepped veggies. You had an excuse in your pocket and seized the opportunity to do something you wouldn't normally do. ![]() You have what it takes to make better decisions so you don't feel like you have to run here and ask for absolution. Do better next time and in the mean time...keep on keepin on. in there.

| One good thing about it is that you've learned from the experience. (1) never go shopping hungry (2) never go anywhere at anytime without a plan (3) If you are ever caught off-guard, make the best choice. I carry a Dr. Atkins Carb counter booklet in my purse. They cost $3.49 at Walmart. I bought two of them so that I have one at home and one in my purse at all times. Drink lots of water and start immediately back on track.

| The way I look at it is that you could have done much much worse. I understand that you can't have watermelon and that it may have a high carb count....but on the other hand, aren't you glad it was fruit that you ate and not cake or candy. That would have been much worse. Atleast you still made a healthy choice. Trust me...Friday was my birthday and I had cake!! Bad idea, I know!! I just dust myself off and keep going. |

| Snordstrom I am laughing at your name. I dont know if it is a tribute to Nordstrom or a dis, but I think it is very clever. I tell my husband that I have no control over Nordstrom; that it has a gravitational force and pulls me from the freeway and before I know it I am at the counter paying for some clothes or shoes....hahahaha. Nordstrom is my happy place.

| HA HA! Actually, Nordstrom is my last name. We don't have Nordstrom's here in Florida so I have never shopped there. I do get asked all the time if I am related though. |

| At least it wasn't something horribly bad that you ate. If you are on a time crunch to lose the weight asap then yeah, it wasn't a good thing to do but if your in this to be healthy as well as lose weight well then don't sweat it too bad cause it could have been much worse. Anyway... I've gotta say that I am amazed at your loss. You've lost so much in one month that my eyes did a double take. I've been on this for one month and have only lost 10 lbs. Which I'll take but geeze you've been kickin so weight off of yourself.
