| I would avoid them because they stall a lot of folks. Better to eat "real", less processed foods in my opinion. Good luck to you! |

| Dwlester, do a search here on the boards and you'll be astounded at the amount of questions/responses to the Atkins Bar dilemma. The general consensus on them is: They're crap. They're low-carb junk food. They have "mythical magical carbs that don't count" , they're full of ingredients it requires a degree in chemical engineering to pronounce......and they're notorious for stalling people too.
