| Lots of people report accelerated weight loss when they move to OWL. I wouldn't say mine accelerated (but then I didn't extend induction) but the pounds have continued to go as I climb, and it's really nice, and almost certainly healthier, to have the extra food choices too.

| I'd advise you move to OWL. Extended induction really isn't a "proper" phase of Atkins, and is supposed to be for those who have slow metabolism issues. Loads of people report losing more on OWL than extended induction, particularly rung one, and you can stay here for quite a while if you aren't too near your goal.
