| Hi Wnt ! I am starting Week 3 tomorrow. I have also decided to extend induction one more week. After that I think I'll be more than ready to add some more veggies. You have done very well for the first two weeks. I.. like you lost 10 lbs the first week and only one the second week. But after reading one of the posts about induction stalls; I found that within the first couple weeks your body adjusts to to water flow and you may experience a gain or a stall. Soooo ... That's my story and I'm sticking to it!! LOL Here's the link : Weight loss is not linear But as of now you have a week 3 buddy

| Hi Grniidgrl, Thanks so much for the link.. It was nice to read.. I know I will hit a stall.. and I am okay with it since I feel so wonderful.. losing 11.5lbs is a lot for 2 weeks.. so now I am waiting for my body to say...WOOOOOO STOP AND LET ME TAKE A LOOK AT THE SITUATION.. lol.. so I'm sure that I won't lose for another couple days/weeks.. and I am still okay with that.. I have always been a "IF I DON'T LOSE THEN SCREW IT" and that gives me a reason to quit.. well not this time.. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.. I am doing it this time if it takes me 5 years to get there.. lol.. (I hope not.. lol) the way I lost in the first 2 weeks was.. 8lbs in the first week and 3.5lbs in the second week.. I didn't think I would lose anything in the second week since my body is funny that way.. I am a scale freak.. (its hard to admit) but this time it seems to be different for me.. when I get on and I see it not dropping or one day a gain.. I get off the scale and say.. It's okay.. I will lose it.. I don't know if its because I am so committed this time.. but it really feels good.. I would love to have a buddy!!! lets do this together |

| Hahaha I am a Scale-a-Holic as well! I dont get on there as much as I used to. But I must MUST get on it at least once in the morning You have a great attitude about this woe it will get you SOOOO Far to stay positive !! |

| mothette, You also are doing good!!! This week I don't know what happened... (TOM) will be here this week and I gained 3lbs back.. Haven't done anything different from the last 2 weeks.. but I'm still okay with it.. I know I will lose it..and this time I am not in a rush.. I wish I had seen some more come off this week but its okay.. 15lbs is a loss.. and that is the way you have to look at it.. just look at it as.. its not a gain.. and just keep going.. how are you feeling?? did you measure yourself before you started?? I know that I measure myself every week and the 1st week I lost 2" in my belly and 1" everwhere else.. and then the week after I lost another 1" everywhere again.. so even thought my scale doesn't go down the measurements will.. lol.. My motivation is that I feel wonderful!! Last night was hard with all that candy around me.. but I told myself...NO and went to bed.. lol.. |

| Hello hello! Moth, I found that exercise really gets things going with me.. if you can try just walking an extra 10 minutes a day.. anything is more then nothing Do you use Fitday.com at all? And do you drink enough water? Wnt, I was the same way with my DH's birthday cake last night.... which the remains of need to disappear .. soon LOL I had gained a few lbs then dropped them again .. But still havent broken my lowest weight again in the 2 weeks... We'll see what the measuring tape says on Sunday tho ..that usually reflects some change.. hopefully loss |

| Ended week 3 with no loss.. Well I loss the 3lbs and gained back 2.. lol.. what a yo-yo.. but I'm still okay with it.. I'm not giving in.. I am going to start riding my bike and adding 1 more cup of veg.. hopefully that will help.. hope all of you are doing good!!! Now its on to week 4 |

| Haha We are on the same loss schedule Wnt! I lost 2 gained 3 back . lost 3.5 gained 2.5... Frustrating for sure! I am going two more days like this then adding in more veggies to see if I can get things going again .. hopefully that will do it! |

| Man, you guys are doing great!!! I on the other hand have slacked off for the past 3 weeks. So, I'm sad to say...I have not lost any weight...but I have not gained back my 6lbs either. But, I am back on track starting today, and I hope to eventually get to where you guys are. Great job you 2. |
