Can you have this on induction. It is made with splenda. If you can what are the carbs. There are none on the lable.

According to their website one can of

Diet Rite Cola
Nutrition Facts - 8 oz. SERVING
Serving Size 12 fl oz (355ml)

is the equivalent of 1.5 servings. So I would count as Dr Atkins said 1 carb per serving of artificial sweetener, making each can contain 1.5 carbs to be counted towards the three servings of sweetener he allows us per day.

These 3 servings a day should include each amount of sweetener in foods as well as drinks.

Yes Diet Rite is one of the only diet sodas that is made with splenda and not aspartame. I mix heavy cream in a rock glass with some when I want a treat

7up actually used to make their diet pops with Splenda as well. We also have here in California a Diet Coke with Splenda, I have seen it few times in Safeway and *I think* in Walmart too. But the caffeine would be an issue there!

pepsi one also is made with splenda! yay! just try and not drink alot.. best thing is water, water & more water!

I dont remeber seeing any kind of pop on the induction list!! Stick with water..its the best for U and the pop may lead to sugar cravings!!

If you can make it to North or South Carolina we have Diet Cheerwine and it's made with Splenda. But, as the commercial used to say, "It's a Carolina thing." I've also just recently seen the Coke made with Splenda.

Got this from some other site, not sure if these are all still made or where to buy them other then online. I've had the various Hansen flavors and they are pretty decent, though my personal favorite is the Diet Rite tangerine. As a former Diet Coke addict I find the Diet Rite Cola pretty nasty, though perhaps thats because my tongue still has the idea of Diet Coke as being what a cola should taste like =)

Is that the only sweetener used? I found when I started Atkins that some products had a large 'made with splenda' message on the pack but also contained other non-legal sweeteners!!

Also remember that drinks with fruit/veg juices in them are not 'legal' till you reach the rung that includes that fruit/veg!
