| Well done on completing induction and losing those 11.4 lbs Mirya! My tip would be that you not spend too long extending induction. Ongoing Weight Loss isn't as scary as it seems and some people lose even more in OWL than in induction. You can stay for a long time on rung 1, if you want, which is more veggies.
