| Make sure you hit the rungs properly and learn from your body what foods it does and doesnt like, it will help you from falling off the wagon when there are so many other options.

| Thank you for your advice. I bought an Atkins Low Carb cookbook and I'm going through it, and there are so many yummy recipes. I don't want to get bored with eatting the same things and fall off the wagon again. By the way, you look great! You look like a totally different person.
