| With my own experience, I found moving to OWL a good thing for my weight loss. After years of bad decisions regarding food choices, it helped me to think about what I was going to eat and not just go on auto pilot. Personally, I eat an induction friendly dinner most evenings and I don't snack after dinner, but I do enjoy the wider variety on OWL through the earlier part of the day ... my theory is that at night when I get tired, I lose my resolve and for me, decisions on what to eat should not be left to the weak of mind!!! lol
