Default mock danish

3 eggs, 1 splenda, 1/2 teas cinnamon, and 1 oz cream cheese

I found the ingredients for a mock danish but I was just wonderin how you cook it.

Is it allowed on induction? Is there other recipes for treats like this?

yes there is nothing in it thats not allowed on induction

i haven't thought yto add cinnamon. maybe ill try my pumkin spice. I think 3 eggs might be too many for 1oz of creme cheese. maybe try 2 eggs. I just soften the cremem cheese up in the microwave, mix in the splenda and then mix in the egs and coo,k in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. it really is better cold also.

Another one I like too is unsweetened cocoa or bakers chocolate wiht splenda. 1 serving is half a square and 2 net carbs.... add a pack of splenda and its 3 net carbs... I am pretty positive this is not allowed on induction.

another sweet healthy treat I like is ground flaxseed with splenda and cream.

1-2 TBLSP of ground flaxseed
1-2TBLSP creme
water to dilute (dilute to taste)
1 packet of splenda

Heat in microwave for about 1 minute and you have yourself a psuedo-creme of wheat. I have head that we are only supposed to use flaxseed if we absolutely need to for being backed up and should only use 1TBSP a day if needed until we get to nuts and seeds rung. But if you get backed up its a darn good treat to releive.

You'll find some great induction friendly recipes at Linda's site:

Any recipe suitable for induction is marked with an asterisk.
