| The problem you will have is that your insulin levels will not remain stable ... this is an element for optimal weight loss and fat burning. It is no coincidance that the first Rule of Induction is ... Eat either three regular-size meals a day or four or five smaller meals. Do not skip meals or go more than six waking hours without eating. Throughout the phases we go through in Atkins, our appetite will fluctuate from having cravings or being hungry, feeling satisfied or not feeling much like eating. Even if you have a small meal or snack, it is better than skipping mealtime. One clarification ... when you say beans, are you talking about string beans? Legumes aren't induction friendly. My best wishes for meeting your goal.
