| I would try a little Listerine. It's really strong! You don't swallow it, so you wouldn't have to worry about carbs that you would with mints. You can get a little travel bottle and put it in your purse on your date. That way, you could go to the restroom and discretely use it when you need it. Good luck!

| Chewing gum may help. Chewing on fresh parsley is suppose to help with bad breath, too. I also find that I need to floss more when eating this way, and that helps a lot too. All that rotting meat between your teeth doesn't help if you want to get close to your date :angelanim

| I carry dental floss with me at all times and a little bottle of mouthwash that I refill from home when need be. Sometimes I'll use a Frisk mint, because they are so tiny, and they don't remind me of candy in any way shape or form like a gum or a bigger mint would. |

| I find keeping chewing gum and low carb breath mints and a tiny bottle of trial-sized mouth wash on hand helps a great deal. |
