| It depends on what sort of an Atkineer you are...whether you want to make sure to count every single carb, or if you are content with a little leeway. I measured mine the first couple of times, until I was pretty sure I had a good visual on what 2 or 3 cups looked like. After that every few weeks or so I would re-measure to make sure I knew what I was doing. I was more vigilant during the first two weeks of Induction, but after that, since the first rung of OWL is more veggies, I didn't panic so much about being exact. The higher carb veggies, like pumpkin etc, I would recommend doing more exact measurements though. |
