Default Octopus?

I guess it´s allowed in induction but once it´s boiled reduces a lot!
how should I calculate the portion? raw or boiled?

It´s delicious with paprika and olive oil!

Pau, DANDR only separates oysters and mussels as being higher in carbs than the others and should be restricted.
Octopus probably doesn't need to be counted, but if anything, I would go with the Raw weight.

Seems pretty high in carbs to me! I think Fitday says 1.8g per oz! how many oz would you typically eat? I think it's fine for induction, just watch the portions...kind of like shrimp and some of the other higher carb mollusks.

I think I´ll have the octopus with some fried shrimps (with garlic) :nod
and a salad. And tomorrow I´ll eat the rest.
