Default 8lbs gone forever!! BYE BYE!
I've now been on this Atkins diet for 5 going on 6 days and have now lost a total of 8 lbs. I know it's gonna slow down soon. But i'm so dang excited! I didnt workout all weekend which i really wanted too but my husband told me that i needed the weekends off. I will continue to run my 1 mile a day during the week though. I guess he's right...LOL!

I read everyones posts everyday and i thank you all for the encouragement!
