Thank you everyone !!!!

my weight loss has never been consistent, one week i will loose like 4 lbs and the next none, and vice versa, but it all adds up so fast.. i was on a stall for about 3 weeks, stuck at 165.5, and this morning i weighed 162.5, next week i will probably weigh 166 and the 160 the week after that ..... its just weird like that , i cant explain it, but honestly its the end result that i am concerned with not all the weeks in between...

i used to get upset when i didnt loose weight and i would think the diet wasnt working, but not anymore, now i just say " its a weird week" cause i know that as long as i keep with it i will see those pounds drop......



anyway sorry for rambling on ....
