| Being a Man, I don't have to much experience of having TOM. so This is just from my simple mind. Its hormonal, so things ar going to be affected. Try to stay away from sugar free Items, most contain Sugar Alcohols, more info on those little suckers can be found on the board. Try to keep your water up, eat what you are suppose to and push through. Don't concentrate on the Final goal just yet, make it through today. |

| well the answer to your question is yes, it does somewhat of change things around. usually I begin and can also caculate the specific day. But as i got into wacthing my carbs, I began starting a whole day or two earlier. it is normal so dont worry about it, everything will be okay!!! :wave
