| I can understand why you would feel like that. I had the same problem before, Usually when we go on diets, we have to restrict what we eat, so now to eat so much we feel really guilty. Trust me, eating so much will help and you wont Regret the weight loss. :joy

| I have stalled on processed meats before. they sneak in sugar as a preservative. I check out the recipe section and cook new stuff so that I don't get bored with the food. Chic breast stuffed with cheese and asperigus and baked in the oven is my new favorite. I eat it 3 times a week. I add chopped rosemarry and chopped bacon to chicken salad to liven it up a bit. hang in there.

| It may get boring but try to mix things up and not just eat chicken salad and such if you can. It's really worth it in the end ~ just remember to eat til you are satisfied, not stuffed and you'll do great!!! Good luck to you :joy

| Emo I know exactly how you feel. You get to the end of the day and you're like 'will that stuff help me loose weight?' It feel weird because it goes against what we have been told for so long. Put it this way, if it didn't succeed the success stories section on here would be a little light on the ground!!! Just keep doing what your doing honey - you'll see

Growing up and being told this kind of food is what makes you fat and having people tell me that there is no way I can lose weight eating pork rinds and bacon and eggs and all the other great stuff I eat now makes it hard to not feel guilty but when the weight comes off we will see what they say then LOL. Thank god the people in my household support my new WOL because it would be realy hard to stick to if everyone in my day to day life thought this wol was wrong even with the support on here. |
