Default MAYONNAISE!!

HI..IVE JUST STARTED THE DIET BUT AM CONFUSED ABT THE MAYONNAISE INTAKE..MY SISTER DID THIS DIET A WHILE AGO AND TOLD ME SHE CUDNT EAT MAYO THEN..HAS IT CHANGED..ALSO IS QUORN ALLOWED IN INDUCTION WEEK?

Is that the vegetable or some alien species?


If it's the vegetable, no, it's not allowed. There is a list of foods allowable for induction in one of the stickie posts above.

If it's some alien species, it would probably depend on the carb and sugar content. :geek

Mayonaise is fine as long as it has no added sugar,
Im pretty sure quorn is okay too but ill check that one for ya

lasst - Its a meat replacement often used by vegetarians, pretty sure its a soy product.

SORRY I JUST GOT THE MAYO THREAD...IM NEW TO THIS!!
ANYHOW IS QUORN ALLOWED IN INDUCTION AS UNLIMITED FOOD OR LIMITED CARBS...AND IS SALT OK TO BE USED UNLIMITED AS I LOVE SALT!! :help

corn is not okay during the induction phase, but you can eat it later on. Mayo Is also okay as long as it has 0 carbs. :nod

Sorry - they said Quorn which is allowed - its a meat substitute (bit like chicken)

and yes mayos fine as long as its no carbs no sugar
