Default sqirty cream!

Hi there, just have a quick question for those of you that be able to help :help Im on day six on induction and everything going ok apart from one bad day but nevermind...but one thing induction says you can have is real dairy cream. So i have been having it from the squirty can that sometimes you can have with desserts. However i just saw that it made with 96% cream and 4% sugar, do you think this is really bad or ok with moderation as ive just veen having some for a different change and found it tastes reallg good.

Any ideas as im weighing myself soon and im bit worried. :yikes thanks for your helpand support :hug take care
Love Gill

Hate to tell you, but I think the sugar content puts it firmly in the no-no category.

How about whipping some cream up with sweetner?

As long as you haven't had too much, you shouldn't be too bad. But avoid it in the future.

if you want great squirty cream with no carbs and no sugar....Land O' Lakes has one. It is in a Purple can. Walmart sells it here in CT. It has splenda in it and it tastes great if you like splenda.....

Always always always read the ingredients on anything prepared before you put it in your mouth...never assume. :nono

If you had it two days in a row it's not going to destroy all your hard work, but it may have delayed your weight loss. Toss the can out, or give it away, drink lots of water, and continue on.

It's important to do a clean induction so that you can see how fast or slow your body will let go of the weight (page 158 in DANDR) so hang in there, read labels, and carry on! :yes

This is the same person that the other day asked if the breading on chicken mcnuggets is ok. as well asking if the kitkat bar would hurt.

YES THEY HURT!

Please read the book! This woe is serious and the amount of fat that your are eating mixed with sugars and other processed carbs is very bad for you. The only reason you can have all the fats in the foods we eat with this woe is because of the lack of carbs. as nice as it woul be we cant have both. (and be healthy)

I tried having whipped cream and it stalled me.

as gross as this sounds, if you put a little vanilla and splenda in cream cheese, it tastes like vanilla ice cream.

And add a little unsalted butter, freeze little spoonfuls and they taste like cheesecake. Don't make many, though. They are very addictive!
