Canola Oil for deep frying..

:wave Hello everyone, I just bought myself a deep fryer and some Canola oil to use with it.....Is this an OK oil?? Not sure if it is one of the healthier oils....or should I use something else?

Canola is fine choice for a deep fat frying with its high smoke point. I prefer Corn or Peanut, but you'll be fine.
