People are noticing!

Best. Feeling. Ever.

People are remarking that I look good. I've lost 18lbs now in a month. I went to a club on Saturday and my best friend came over and said, "Now, 'Neen, I know you'll take this the right way, but you look f'cking hot!" I glowed! People in work are saying my face looks slimmer. My boss is annoyed about it because she can't pinch my cheeks! And my tummy is definately, definately flatter. Huzzah! I have been dancing many a happy jig.

I'm 8lbs away from my mini goal! And we all know what that means, right?



The dress shall be mine!

So, another quick question- is an hour at the gym 3 times a week doing cardio, swimming and weights enough if I walk on the other days?

Way to Go! Isn't it great to get that kind of positive reinforcement?!

I work out 5-6 days a week for an hour each time. I'd say if you have the time, bump it up a little. You are at least exercising though...so that's great!
