| Welcome and hope you enjoy your time on here. There are so many people on here who are either at the same stage as you, or have been doing Atkins for so long, they really know what they are talking about. Don't worry about any questions you may have. Just ask and I am sure some nice person will come up with the answer you need. You said you've been on it for 4 weeks. How are you doing? David

| help me out well i've lost 10lbs so far. i'm down to 180, and my goal is 150. how do i put one of those fun little scales on to show my progess that i see everyone else has?  |

| Yay it works! I love to look at mine and see the weight go down. Seems silly but it really works for me

| Hey there, Fellow newcomer from Md. here, and I would like to say good luck and let's support one another! It's been almost 3 weeks for me, and am feeling better day by day. (I had terrible "flu" from induction for awhile.) Best wishes and good luck.
