| So, now that you have the worst part behind you, what are your plans, are you going to give OWL a try or stay on extended induction. Lots of folks are afraid to move on, but some find that they still lose with more variety. When I have a craving for ice cream, I make some cream cheese and flavor it with cocoa and splenda,,,, or Atkins syrup....or a bit of vanilla extract and splenda. It fills that creamy void.
