Go to the recipes link at the top of the board. There's some great recipes there.

I make these flax meal muffins (I don't add the sugar or syrup). They are great for breakfast!

well as an added fiber for solving your constipation or as a fiber supplement so you don't get constipated in the first placeyou can start with all the 1T recipes and see if you need more for movement. you can take it straight not recomended or in any thing from cereal to dessert check the recipe data base and use flax as your search word.

I tried those cinnamon flax muffins today and WOW!!! They are amazing. I substituted the sugar free syrup for 1/4 c splenda, and used an extra 2T of oil instead of the water, and I also used 4 eggs instead of the 3 eggs to make up for the extra liquid not used in the syrup. They were awesome and my kids loved them too. I also baked it into a 9x8" cake pan because I couldn't find the muffin tin. Yummy! Thanks for sharing that thinthing.

Breakfast cereal (or whatever you call it):

1 serving protein powder
2 T flax seeds, ground
Sprinkle of cinnamon

boiling water to make it into a hot cereal consistency

If you want, you can nuke it for a minute, but I don't always.
