| Hi Paula and congrats on your loss and sucess! I'm going to move this post over to the Extended Induction board, so as not to confuse the 14 dayers here.

| Great Job..I have also found the same thing as you, I was at a social gathering on Saturday surrounded by all kinds of fruits, and snacks, but did well, they had a few hearts made out of sugar free jello, and a cheese tray, and I found myself satisfied with the sugar free hearts and a piece of cheese, before this diet I would of had the sweets and told myself I will worry about it later..I am on my 17th day and have lost 8lbs...It feels good to see the pounds coming off in such a short time... :clapping |

| Yes, it is fabulous to be in control of food and not be munching around the clock (which I used to do). This plan has changed me and my way of eating forever. I can easily dole out goldfish and cheezits to my little ones and not even want one, whereas I would always grab a handful. It is great and my body has responded wonderfully to the no sugar deal. Who knew??? This board is a Godsend and I thank all of you for your support. Miami here I come!!! :icondance Paula 151/145/135 |
