| thanks for sharing this choc fix, i am going to try it i have been really having a hard time without choc. I started atkins on 1-18 and i have lost 20 pounds so far. i was wondering if you might be able to clarify the calculating of the net carbs, i cant understand it. i have been using total carbs counting instead. Thanks |

| yep those are called chocolate blobs and you can freeze them for later use. Just remember that 3-4 ounces is your entire days cheese alotment so please don't eat the whole bowl as a chocolate snack. protion control is needed with choclate fixes too. Don't forget to count the carbs in that mixture too and to count the splenda in your splenda limits too. Would hate to see a HELP post and come to findout it was too many carbs, too much cheese and too many sweetners cause somebody ate this great Atkins induction legal chocolate fix daily.

| Yeah, you would definitely count the carbs and cheese allotment. I count EVERYTHING and that is one of the things that I love about this recipe - you can still have a great treat and stick closely to your Atkins stage requirements. I usually only have this as my cheese for the day, avoiding all other cheeses, if I know I want to enjoy it.
